Job Description
We are seeking a talented PowerPoint Designer with a keen eye for design and aesthetics to create visually compelling presentations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various presentation programs and Adobe Creative Suite, and will be adept at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure presentations align with brand guidelines and design standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design high-quality presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Enhance presentation visuals using Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working under pressure.
- Ensure all presentations comply with brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce high-standard presentations.
- Apply strong design principles to create visually engaging and well-organized presentations.
- Leverage marketing or brand management experience to craft presentations that support company messaging and objectives.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in creating visuals and graphics that effectively communicate the company’s message.
- Stay updated on the latest PowerPoint trends and designs to create presentations with impactful visuals, charts, and graphics.
- Exhibit the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively in a corporate environment.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in PowerPoint presentation designing.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Excel, and Word.
- Strong understanding of design principles and trends, with the ability to create visually engaging and well-organized presentations.
- Ability to utilize various multimedia platforms to effectively showcase services, promote the brand, and enhance presentations.
- Outstanding attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality visuals and graphics that effectively communicate the company’s message.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Background or experience in marketing or brand management, with an understanding of industry-specific needs and trends. Experience creating presentations for clients in financial consulting or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to consistently uphold brand and style guidelines, and communicate these standards to others internally.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
