Role Description
As an SAP Lead, you will spearhead a high-performing team, driving key strategic initiatives and contributing to our organizational growth. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure software architectures for new solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical strategies, lead a team of developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your role will also involve evaluating tools and processes to ensure top-notch product quality and conducting code reviews to enhance software standards.

Responsibilities
Technical Skills
- SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of configurations within SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, SD, PP, PM) and exposure to SAP cloud applications like Ariba, SF, Concur, and their integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
- SAP Implementation and Customization: Experience in implementing and customizing SAP solutions.
- Risk Assessment: Ability to assess internal controls and conduct risk-based audits, including testing automated controls.
- SAP Security and Controls: Understanding of SAP security, authorization concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), and governance.
- Data Analytics: Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel, and familiar with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Consulting and Communication Skills
- Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling pitch decks for client meetings.
- Project Management: Expertise in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Requirements and Skills
- CA, MBA, MCA, or B.Tech. with relevant techno-functional experience in SAP and/or the consulting domain (prior experience with Big 4 firms is preferred).
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in SAP.
- Served as a module lead on at least 2 end-to-end SAP ISU implementation projects and 1 upgrade project, with strong knowledge of integration with other modules.
- Skilled in driving business workshops, conducting blueprint sessions, developing functional specifications (FS), creating test scenarios, conducting training, performing testing, and providing defect management support for the FICO modules.
